I worked with Stephanie Mahan, previously. She was my agent when I bought my home in Arizona. We kept in contact after I purchased the home. When it came time for me to sell, I, of course, asked Stephanie to list it. It was probably about 6 months from the time I first thought about selling until it was actually listed. Over the course of that time, we discussed the best time of the year to put it on the market. She suggested things I could do before listing, such as re-arranging furniture, taking care of any repairs, general clean up, etcetera. She wanted to make sure all my windows were professionally cleaned before taking pictures. I located a great cleaning company to do a deep clean on the home and windows. She had a wonderful photographer take pictures, which turned out great! We got a lot of positive feedback that the home presented beautifully. Stephanie took care of so many details, that is hard to name each one. She makes sure everything is going smoothly from beginning to end. She works well with other agents in negotiating terms. Buying and selling a home is stressful. Stephanie helped to relieve some of the stress because as an experienced agent, she foresees many potential problems before they occur. She is also extremely good at keeping her clients informed every step of the way. This is her superpower! I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Besides being a stellar professional, she was always supportive and optimistic and listened to all my concerns and frustrations. I had lost hope often yet she kept my faith that the day would come.
